DONG Energy - new head office |
Balslev was involved in a turnkey contract with, among others, MT Højgaard and the architects Hvidt & Mølgaard, to create the new head office for NESA, today called DONG Energy
The building's general theme was solutions using state-of-the-art technology, which at the same time would show the energy producer's customers examples of "green", energy efficient solutions.
Balslev was responsible for engineering related to various parts of project:
- All power supply systems including uninterruptible power supply (UPS)
- Indoor and outdoor lighting plus emergency lighting
- Fire protection comprising automatic systems for fire alarm, closing of fire doors and fire ventilation
- Lightening and transient protection
- Access control system
- Burglar alarm system
- IT and telephone installations
- Antennae system.
