Cooling |
For hospitals, industrial plants and IT server rooms we develop energy efficient, innovative cooling systems with low operating costs and low CO2 burden
The need for cooling is ever increasing, both for manufacturing and a pleasant indoor climate. Whether our assignment concerns a new cooling system, modification of an existing one or optimisation of an old system, we make sure to fulfil our customer's demand for an energy efficient solution along with other requirements.
Our solid experience within design and consulting covers all engineering disciplines associated with various types of cooling such as:
- Central cooling systems
- Server room cooling
- Establishment of cooling tower and dry cooling
- Cold storage
- Mobile cooling systems
- Heat pump and air conditioning systems
- Absorption cooling
- District cooling
- Sea water cooling
- Groundwater cooling.
Eco-friendly cooling systems with reasonable operating costs
As the clients' advisor we ensure, in close cooperation and dialogue with their operational managers, that the new cooling system is optimised to meet the stipulated demands for low energy consumption and derived advantages such as:
- Low CO2 burden
- Environmental friendly solutions based on natural refrigerants
- High degree of free cooling
- Low operating costs.
For both new constructions and retrofits we often develop innovative solutions to ensure the lowest possible energy consumption, and to integrate the cooling system into the building's design. One example is Widex, where we have created a highly energy efficient cooling solution for the server room, integrating both wall partitions and ground water cooling.
